when comments are added to a ticket, an email is sent to all users associated with the ticket.
I know that this email can be turned off if required. Is there a way to prevent a an email being sent to the user that added comments to a ticket.
When I add comments to a ticket, I dont want an email telling me that I added comments to the ticket.
thanks for any assistance.
Nova Jarvis.

You can disable all auto-replies on a per user basis. Go to the cog wheel at the top right of the web console when logged in.

If you go to Configuration -> Email Settings, and scroll down to the bottom of the menu, you should see a a section labeled Outgoing Email Templates.
Look for one labeled "User Update (Sent to user)" and disable it.
