You can mark the asset as decommissioned by changing its state (https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/managing-assets/create-use-and-change-asset-states/ta-p/64475) and adding the asset to the exclusion list (https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/scanning-your-network/exclude-assets-from-scanning/ta-p/64320). Another option is to create a custom asset type (https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/managing-assets/create-asset-types/ta-p/64317) for the decommissioned assets, and add that asset type to be excluded. Please notice that the exclusion will not prevent those assets from being scanned by Lansweeper, but it will not add the scanned data to the database.
