Solution
First, make sure you are running the latest version of Lansweeper. There was an issue in previous releases that prevented proper scanning of these devices. However, in our latest releases, we have implemented fixes for this.
- Added: LAN-16060 Improved Cisco model specifications. (v11.2.0.3)
- Fixed: LAN-16157 Cisco VOIP phones were not correctly scanned. (v11.1.8.0)
