Lansweeper currently provides two integrations with Jira Service Management (JSM):

• Our Jira Service Management integration which enhances JSM with comprehensive IT asset data, is available across all Lansweeper subscription plans.
• Additionally, our integration designed for CMDB purposes is exclusive to Lansweeper Pro and Enterprise customers.
