The recommendation for devices that won't ever be scannable is to add them manually to the Lansweeper application. You will be able to add an asset manually on the Lansweeper application.
If you are using the Lansweeper Cloud this would be under the Inventory > Add new asset.
This will allow you to enter the fields manually and manufacturer.
You will be able to add these also on the Lansweeper On-prem.
