Before Lansweeper I have tried quite a few different inventory, network monitoring and discovery tools. From both commercial (trials) and free ones. And what is upsetting in your case that all of them did supported LLDP information collection from network equipment.

I was participating in one of your live office webinar (can't recall how exactly you name them) and there was an answer that you made decision not to implement is as not reliable. From my experience it was pretty good addition to map the network as the minimum and was using time to time for problem troubleshooting so without this feature you somewhat making me to use either another tools or go directly to the device management. If you had this implemented I think we would use it much more frequently as we use it now - mostly as inventory tools and a bit as internal KB repository.

That must have been a statement issue during that live office webinar.

Ever since we included Asset Radar in Lansweeper (since 2020/03/18: v8.0.130.10, LsPush 7.2.100.1, LsAgent 7.2.110.5, SQL 233) Lansweeper is also relying on collecting LLDP data for which it uses PacketDotNet > LLDPPacket.
