Would it be possible to not have slack notifications, but a workflow that does the same in Xurrent (former 4ME° whih is our ITSM tool and with which we have the integration setup ?

We don't use Slack, but would this process work with integrating into a Teams channel or Outlook email, or possibly into a HaloITSM ticket?

You can send the data to any platform and do with it what you want. However not every platform has a connector, which makes it easier. Outlook, Teams both have connectors, we do not have a connector for HaloITSM (maybe in the future?) or Xurrent. But it is possible to add your own API calls etc to connect it manually.
