We are using Lansweeper v3.5.2.4 and it seems that the program cannot report if the OS is 64-bit or 32-bit. Is this true or are we doing something wrong?
As an fyi, I would like to see this distinction on the Dashboard under the Operating System heading. Showing this info as a sub-category would be nice but not necessarily a must....encompassing all OS languages (english, french, spanish, etc.).
ie:
Windows 7 Pro Qty=57
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit Qty=22
Windows 7 Pro 32-bit Qty=35
Thanks
Pierre

Thanks, the custom report worked but I still would like to see this as part of the standard product. Can my suggestion be added to the wish list?

Easiest would be to create a custom report for this.
You need the field "systemtype" in table "tblcomputersystem"
