HelpDesk tickets containing photos that were added as an attachment are currently being displayed at 100% and with most newer cameras / cellphones the native shooting resolution far exceeds that of our displays.
Example, the photo I received this morning was from a Nexus 6, the native resolution was 4160*3120. I'm running 27" Asus monitors at 1920*1080. When I click to view the attached photo within LS HelpDesk I was then forced to scroll back and forth to see what he was trying to convey. Ideally LS would have detected my resolution and displayed that image at a scale that matches my display, and possibly had an option to expand.
