A report With OS Win7 and application on these computer

Hello,

I think these will be hard report to create or not, i need to know all the application installed on computer that have Windows 7 of all model of that os?

This information is already included in the report. The Total column is the software installation count for Windows 7 machines.

Is there a way to add how many times the application is installed in win7?
