I'm a SQL novice and I need help generating a custom report that has the following fields for Windows/PC Systems:

System/PC Name
IP Location
PC Type
PC Manufacturer
PC Model
PC Serial Number
# of monitor(s) connected
Monitor Manufacturer(s)
Monitor Model(s)
Monitor Serial Number(s)
