Hey there,

Hoping someone can help me. I am rubbish at creating reports.
I would like a report that lists ALL created tickets even if they have been closed.

The report would need to have the columns:
- Ticket ID
- Ticket Subject
- Ticket Type
- Ticket State
- Date Created
- User Name
- Agent Assigned Name (or leave blank if no agent is assigned)
- Date of initial agent public reply (if applicable)
- Date Closed (if applicable)

I would really appreciate an answer and code to build the report.
