Hello,
Basically I am looking to create a report for tickets closed for a specific timeframe (2/6/2024-2/6/2025) for all agents, but I want it to not count tickets with 'PRTG' in the title since those tend to just be tickets we autoclose. Is this possible and how would I do so? Appreciate any assistance, thanks.
