Heartbleed - any way to query applications?

I am trying to determine a way to interrogate appications that are running on my windows servers to see if they may be using openSSL and if so determine the version.

Anybody have any ideas?

Lansweeper does not currently scan this information. Websites hosted in IIS or IIS Express should be safe.
