Hello,
Is it possible to change all of the software reports to contain the computer's identifying number in a column, such as service tag? For example, all reports like this, for every kind of software.

Identifying numbers can be found in the IdentifyingNumber field of tblComputerSystemProduct. You can add this field to any report in the report builder.
Adding this field to auto-generated pages such as software search results will not be possible. Changing the behavior of auto-generated pages would require additional manual changes to your Lansweeper installation, which we do not support.
