Hi people!
I need create a report of the features or programs included in Microsoft Office in the organization.
The idea is to lower licensing costs by identifying which users use or undetermined characteristic of office. For example, in a computer is installed the complete package of Microsoft Office and the user only uses the Word. This is the data that would be needed.
Greetings and thank you very much!

If you have Office installed, this will only have one entry. Lansweeper scans software installations as they appear under Control Panel - Programs and Features on target computers.

Lansweeper does not currently scan software usage related information. However, a report like the following example helps you to list the Office software products which were scanned on your network.
Select Top 1000000 tblAssets.AssetID,
tblAssets.AssetName,
tblAssets.Username,
tsysAssetTypes.AssetTypeIcon10 As icon,
tblAssets.Lastseen,
tSoftware.softwareName,
tSoftware.softwareVersion
From tblAssets
Inner Join tblAssetCustom On tblAssets.AssetID = tblAssetCustom.AssetID
Inner Join tsysAssetTypes On tsysAssetTypes.AssetType = tblAssets.Assettype
Inner Join (Select tblSoftwareUni.softwareName,
tblSoftware.softwareVersion,
tblSoftware.AssetID
From tblSoftware
Inner Join tblSoftwareUni On tblSoftware.softID = tblSoftwareUni.SoftID
Where (tblSoftwareUni.softwareName Like '% word % 20%') Or
(tblSoftwareUni.softwareName Like '% excel % 20%') Or
(tblSoftwareUni.softwareName Like '% powerpoint % 20%') Or
(tblSoftwareUni.softwareName Like '% access % 20%') Or
(tblSoftwareUni.softwareName Like '% outlook % 20%') Or
(tblSoftwareUni.softwareName Like '% visio % 20%') Or
(tblSoftwareUni.softwareName Like '% project % 20%') Or
(tblSoftwareUni.softwareName Like '% onenote % 20%') Or
(tblSoftwareUni.softwareName Like 'Microsoft Office % 20%')) tSoftware
On tSoftware.AssetID = tblAssets.AssetID
Where tblAssetCustom.State = 1
Order By tblAssets.AssetName,
tSoftware.softwareName
