So this is a dumb question I'm sure.
We're on prem, and I'm looking at the built in charts in the widget. I see some called "ticket states", "ticket types summary", "Team's ticket summary", etc and would like to edit them (or use them as a template). I can't seem to find where to edit those. they're not in the reports tab.
I'm SURE that it's someplace obvious that I'm just not seeing
Any ideas?
