SQL Server Report - Count Of Assets

Hi ,

Does anyone have a SQL Server report which gives a count of SQL for each device, the issue I'm having is its returns multiple instances per device because of the number of SQL Server services running , also if its 86 or 86 and 64 , I just need a count of SQL per device and I dont seem to be able to get the report correct ?
