"A computer was upgraded" is pretty vague. You'll stand a better chance of someone possibly offering suggestions if you refine your request.
What constitutes an upgrade? Are you looking for machines where something about the hardware has changed? Are you looking for machines where software updates have been installed? Maybe more specifically, Microsoft KB updates? Are you referring to a newly-deployed computer as an upgrade, working on the assumption of an evergreening process?
