Engaged Sweeper

we have upgraded to newest version 12.3.2.5, added a new scan server and upgrade SQL from localDB to Express. But every time we try to edit any report and tries to pull up tables(up to 3 tables) the system hangs and lansweeper web-interface becomes unresponsive. We can't do anything on the web-interface. checked our server utilization all looks normal no processes on high utilization observed.
