Steps to Perform

  1. Ensure you are signed into the Lansweeper Community.   
  2. Navigate to the top right bubble and select 'My settings'.
  3. Enter or update your username, if necessary.
  4. Attempt to create the support ticket again.
  5. If the error persists, please contact support by filling out the form at the following Contact Support page : https://www.lansweeper.com/contact/contact-support-case/

Expected Outcome

You should be able to successfully create a support case without receiving the 'Unexpected Issue' error.
