Why do non-active assets not become active after a successful rescan?
Answer
Lansweeper marks assets as non-active if you do not rescan them within the defined threshold of your cleanup configuration. To set assets back to active upon a successful rescan, check the 'Automatically make non-active assets active when they are rescanned' option in Lansweeper Classic under Configuration > Server Options > Asset Cleanup Options. The assets will then revert to active upon the next rescan.
