Good afternoon
After upgrading from 3.2 to 3.5 and running the upgrade procedures, the default page of Lansweeper presents this error:

Column 'nonactive' does not belong to table theTable.

The service is up and running, with a status being written to errlog.txt

Could this be a upgrade problem or something else altogether?

Regards

As per your suggestion, re-run the script from lsupgrade. It seems to hung/stop at the very first error in a "running" status. Same error when restarting the service.
Tried SQL Management studio - script fully executed, still the same error.

I suggest to run the upgrade script from the sql management console.

Spoke too soon, I guess. The web interface is working fine (with several problems on IE 8, but who doesn't?), now the service is misbehaving:
11-03-2009 14:08:26: Database connection successful, starting up service

11-03-2009 14:08:26: Operator '=' is not defined for type 'DBNull' and type 'Boolean'.
at Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.Operators.ConditionalCompareObjectEqual(Object Left, Object Right, Boolean TextCompare)
at LansweeperService.MdlLicenceCode.checklicense()
at LansweeperService.starter.startsweeper()

Background:
Lansweeper is running on WXP SP3, IIS 5.1
Database installed on SQL Server 2008, 64 bits

Please use the sql server management console and run the upgrade script again.
Ignore the errors.

The error was related to the fact that the new view Web30totalnonactive was (somehow) not created, leading to all the errors I mentioned. Version 3.5 is running perfectly now.
Thanks

Could you post a screenshot where you get this error please.

Solved by executing the script again. There were errors on the script creating the new views which somewhat I missed, leading to an inconsisten state. Up and runnig again.
Regards and keep up the good work

No, even executed it one step at a time using the SQL Management Studio. Also, browsed it to look for any 'nonactive' column reference and scripted the whole database to search for that reference.

Thanks.

Did you get an error in the sql script while upgrading?
