I have 4 domains, they have domains trusted in two-way. I have only in first domain lansweeper, when i run the program lsclient in the remote computer, say success, but when i see in the dashboard, this computer appear with error.

Access denied means that the account running the lansweeper service does not have the necessary permissions on the client. see : http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/accessdenied.aspx
