All the Acer computers on my network show the Manufacturer as the manufacturer of the NIC card not "Acer", is there a fix for this or am I the only one getting this.
If I change manufacturer to Acer and lock it, a lot of them change back to the NIC manufacturer

There is a known issue in Lansweeper 6.0.0.22 that could cause the computer manufacturer to be detected incorrectly. This will be fixed in our next 6.0 release. I would recommend contacting support@lansweeper.com for a manual fix for now.
