We are facing a problem. Active Directory Information is empty on ACTION SCREEN tab. Is there anybody can help us to fix this problem?

When you bought lansweeper premium you were able to download the premium version with installation instructions on how to install the premium version.
You should also have received an e-mail to return your username to get access to the premium forum (where you can download the latest version)
