upgrading to Windows server 2008

I have searched the forums but can't seem to find the answer.

We currenlty have Lansweeper installed on 32bit Windows Server 2003, using Microsoft SQL 2005.
We are planning to upgrade to 64bit Windows Server 2008 Enterprise, using Microsoft SQl 2005 initially but will upgrade to SQL 2008 in the future.

In your experience would there be any issues with this?

Our current installer doesn't support windows 2008 yet (this is an installer problem, not a lansweeper problem)
If you do an inplace upgrade of windows it should work.
