I’ve been using Lansweeper to scan and manage our network inventory, but I’ve noticed that some devices aren’t being detected during scans. 😑 These missing devices include a mix of printers, IoT devices, and a few workstations that should be reachable. I’ve checked my network configuration, ensured that the devices are powered on and connected, and even manually added some IP ranges to the scan settings, but the issue persists.🤔
I’m wondering if there’s something I might be overlooking—could this be related to firewall settings, SNMP configurations, or maybe even a specific protocol that needs to be enabled? I’ve also tried running different scan types (IP range, Active Directory, etc.), but the results are inconsistent.
