We have active scanning currently enabled in Lansweeper Configuration and our license key to enable active directory scanning. When I go to the Digital Dashboard it shows the following:

Scans: 6530
Started: 9/14/2009 9:00:06 AM
Polled: 9/17/2009 8:10:22 AM
It isn't updating any computers, any ideas? I read through the documentation and it looks like lsclient/trigger is for the non-premium edition. Thanks for any help.

I got it, the service stopped and I had to start it from the services console. Sorry for the stupid thread.

Could you check the following:
Is your lansweeper service still running?
Post any errors you find in errorlog.txt file.
