Is the default device view customizable?
Default view contains below content, but I would like to see 'barcode' without clicking the 'edit device details' button

Asset pages cannot be modified. The Barcode field is only displayed if it actually contains data.
The "edit device details" button is a Lansweeper 4.2 button by the way. The latest Lansweeper version is 5.0. We recommend upgrading to 5.0 per the instructions on page 165 and beyond of our online documentation: http://www.lansweeper.com/documentation.pdf
Take a backup of your database prior to upgrading by right-clicking on the lansweeperdb database in SQL Server Management Studio and selecting Tasks/Back Up. (Note that you cannot modify 5.0 asset pages either.)
