I added a new line item to be checked and after it was added and enabled I now receive the following error and don't know why I do or how to get rid of it:
"Row cannot be located for updating. Some values may have been changed since it was last read."
Help.

I'm sorry, we cannot reproduce it.
If you give me the details you want to input I'll give you a sql script to import the data.

Open LanSweeper Configuration Utility
Click on Premium Version tab
Click on Product Keys tab
Click in box just under 'Product' and type name of product
Click in box just under 'Regkey' ,copy and past text from http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/licensekeys.aspx for the path of Visio 2007 Pro (I've also tried manually typing the path)
Hit enter - which then, the new line is added below
I then select any other line items within the list and that error pops up

Could you post the exact steps you took to get this error.
I cannot reproduce it if I enter the same information.

I can click on OK and it goes away until I click on anything else in that screen. The only way I've been able to make the error stop is to remove the new line item. So how do I add items to be checked and NOT receive the error message?
