Issue
When creating or editing a Ticket Dispatching rule, users get the following error:
Error while saving: INSERT INTO htblspecialrulesconditions (ruleid, type, condition, text) VALUES (atp1,atp2,atp3,atp4) Conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value 1,1 to data type int.
Root Cause
This is a known issue in the latest version of Lansweeper, which is being investigated by our development team. A fix should be included in one of our future releases. We recommend checking our changelog for bug ID: LAN-17964 when a new version is released to ensure that a fix was included. You can enable the update check in the Lansweeper web console under Configuration\Your Lansweeper License to be notified of any new releases.
