What ability does Lansweeper have to scan Android and iOS phones and tablets? We have several connected to our wireless network but only sometimes to I actually see them in Lansweeper and mostly it is just a blank entry for a device with no info. Thanks, James

It's not possible to get information from these devices (all ports are closed)
The best you can have in 4.2 is vendor detection based on mac address.
