It is very common to have service accounts stored in password management vaults / tools these days. The fact that scanning requires an account with local administrator access means that it should be changed very frequently. Not being able to automate this wastes a lot of time for administrators. An API or even better a PowerShell module to do this would be incredibly helpful.
