Report on AD Objects when changed

I see in tblADUsers I have a column LastChanged. Is there a way to link to who changed it last? I don't readily see that.the goal would be a report of ad objects changed within the last X days and who changed them.

Move "license expiry" to License orders

Could we have the "license expiry" field in Software License Tracking->'Information' Tab moved to the 'Orders' tab fields when entering a new order. We order licenses here and there and not all expire at the same timeThanks
