lansweeperuser login problem .. new user

I just installed and it was running the lansweeper web console.. now when I try to open it I get a lansweeperuser login error in sql.. sql services are running.. any ideas anyone

How can I scan version of java in domain by lansweeper ?Java placed in %programfiles%\java\javaXXX\java.exe, where XXX is version, but path to java.exe set in %PATH%.
