Bulk update - Asset State

What is the best way to update in bulk the the Asset State ? I would like to differentiate the assets which were disposed. They all now have the status of Non-Active.

You will need to write a custom database script for this or use something like Microsoft Access to update the data. Contact support@lansweeper.com for general instructions on how to connect to your Lansweeper database using Access.

I will be working from a list.

For example I want to update PCs with following serial numbers (sgh123,sgh124,sgh125, sgh126) to the state = Sold

If you wish to change the state to something other than active or non-active, you will need to use a custom database script for this. Do the assets whose state you wish to change have anything in common?
