Hello,
we use actually
Service version 4.2.0.70
Webconsole version 4032
Database schema 17
And i have a Problem to add a Versiontype as Managed License. I Add
"Microsoft Office Standard 2007"
addd the Summary and the Price; ok. But then i will add the Versiontype and no chance to add it:
Warningbox i choose "yes, i will :-)" but not possible to have a Version. As Rersult from that the License-Compliance is wrong.
Please review and let me know for a FIxUp.
Thanks! Frank

I'm sorry; missmatch. I mean
"First sort by name and check and found out: no Part called “Microsoft Office Standard 2007” instead of 2003.

The list on the top right can contain both license items (manually submitted) and individual software packages. Sorting the list by name will not tell you whether or not a software package is already submitted for license compliance. You have to look at the contents of the license items.
"Microsoft Office Standard 2007" is likely already included in a license item, which is why it cannot be added to the new license item you've created. Could you check all of your license items by clicking on their names.

Could you clarify this. We're not sure what you're trying to say with this.
For the other problem: most likely the software package you are trying to add to the license item is already included in another license item. This is why it is not being added.

From your screenshot it appears you manually typed "Microsoft Office Standard 2007" and then submitted this license item. You must add software packages to the license item you've created however. You must:
- Select the software packages you would like to add to the license item from the list on the left.
- Hit the lower add button.
The software packages will then be added to the license item.
