Cannot select "remove computer not found in active directory"

Hi,

I cannot select "remove computer not found in active directory" nor "permanently delete computer not seen in the last"

When I select the two boxes and hit "save options", The checkmark are not saved and I'm returning to two unchecked boxes.

For both cases you can select:

Delete ...
Or
Make non-active ...

Not both.
