I am attempting to export on a filtered Software overview report (any Software).
When I click on export to excel, CSV or XML I receive the save to prompt then after clicking on save to the default location I see the File download window and then it won't finish the task.
I've searched for this issue globally on this site, looked in the KB and the Support forum as well and do not see anyone else experiencing the same issue.
Any Idea's on why this export functionality wont work?
I am using the Premium Edition v4x.
Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction.

If it works on the server I'm thinking about a program on the client possibly blocking the download.

Thanks for the reply.
1. Yes, same behaviour attempting to export all reports via each export button (excel, CSV & XML).
2. I can go to the server and use IE (same version 8), and can export using these functions mentioned above. So, I'm thinking that my issue is possibly IIS settings related. Haven't attempted another browser i.e. firefox, chrome etc. because they are not supported within our environment.
3. Check events and did not see anything out of the ordinary.
Any other thoughts or idea's would be very much appreciated.
Thanks again.

This isn't a known problem.
Do you have this behaviour in all reports?
Did you try with another browser?
Any errors in eventviewer?
