Clients don't send data.

Hello,

I'm trying the software, and i have installed it in a virtual environment.

Following the instructions, i was able to deploy the client in XP and Vista machines.

But I can’t update the info.

I already have change the scheduled scan to 0 in several items, and still nothing.

The LsClient runs successfully.


I got no errors in Errorlog.txt.

What else can I try?

You need to enable remote administration and ICMP pings (you can do this using a group policy)

The problem was the firewall.

But i don't want the firewall disabled.

What ports can i open to prevent the WMI errors?
