Hi,
We are on premium version on lansweeper. We were using lansweeper since 1 year it was working fine. recently we have migrated to new hardware server and new version. The installation is successful, computers getting recognised by the lansweeper service. But all computers are showing in not scanned category.
I would like to force the scanning and generate reports, how can i do this?
Can somebody help?
Regards,
A Khan.

Please post a screenshot of your domains setup and check your errorlog.txt file for any problems.

Use alternate credentials , it is on the user manual ...
You can add your other DS names to scan.

Hi,
Thanks for your help. I had couple issues in the configuration. I have enabled active scanning and added domains in the list for scanning. Now I can see few computers are getting scanned and i can see some results. But still in my observation, active scanning is happening only in one domain. How can i resolve this?
I am using Active Directory and we have multiple domains. Please let me know,do we need to implement lsclient or not?

When you click on the computer you should see the error tab with a specific error.
Most likely one of these 2 pages can solve your problem:
http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/accessdenied.aspx
http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/notfound.aspx
