Dashboard Problem

After upgrading to 4.0 my dashboard does not fill the screen and therefore the font is
very small and difficult to read. How can I maximize the dashboard to fill the screen?

I see it now: in the bottom right corner of your browser your zoom is set to 95% instead of 100%

The dashboard is the same size as in version 3.5 and fixed to 1024*768
