I have upgraded to version 1.5 of Lansweeper, the users are being entered into the database but no PC data is being collected, the error below is in the Event Viewer.
Any ideas ?
DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer <username> using any of the configured protocols.

The difference in scanning is that this server scans based on IP address.
The previous version scanned on host names.
So this version should have less errors instead of more.
Do you get this error on all your clients?

I looked in the Tsyserrors table and nearly all or of the errors are 'The RPC server in Unavailable', I ran the previous client against the same PC's and was able to collect data.

You can take a look in the table Tsyserrors to see if there are any errors in it, maybe this will give more clues.
