We use the widget page to see how many tickets are open of each ticket type. However, that widget seems to be bugged with the "Firewall" tickets.

Currently it says we have 2940 Firewall tickets (see attached screenshot)

But when I go to the firewall tickets, we have none that aren't already closed.

Is it counting the closed ones? How can we fix this?
The rest of the tickets counts seem to be accurate.
