So when my users submit tickets often they do not have any text in the description, even though the user claims that they did add details. I watched a user this week enter the ticket, type in details into the large text box at the bottom of the new ticket page, and then hit submit. When it came through to my console there were no details.
I have found that if I type something into here, then click somewhere else, then click submit, it correctly adds the text to the ticket. This is a pretty big problem because the whole point of the helpdesk is to get the details to us so that we can fix issues. Am I just missing something here?
