I'm noticing several 'Not Scanned' computers showing up with the only errors being the ones in the attached screenshot.I am also noticing a few reporting a 'Generic Failure'
Is it possible to trigger a rescan of all machines when they are next seen overiding the wait time? I have made some changes with regards to product keys and some reports and need to rescan all machines again.
I was try to add an entry for Adobe Acrobat 9.x under Scanning Setup>Product Keys. It does not properly save "Adobe" as a type. It only lets me input it as "Microsoft". I had to go into the TsysSerials table & manually change it.
