dmidecode - LinuxNotInstalled although dmidecode is installed

Hello,
Lansweeper report an error on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon).
This error is dmidecode - LinuxNotInstalled but on this VM, dmidecode is installed...

How can I fix this ?

We don't see any emails in our system regarding this issue, so we will consider this resolved and move this to Old Lansweeper Questions.

Could you send a mail to support@lansweeper.com and include the following:

• Link to this forum topic
  
• The output of Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions\Devicetester.exe after running it from your Lansweeper server to one device which was not successfully scanned. Provide the same SSH credential to the testing tool that Lansweeper is using as well.
