We are installing a batch of EIZO ColorEdge CG276 display monitors on HP Z400 workstations, powered by nVidia Quadro 2000 graphic card. Each workstation has two of such displays connected via the Display Port connector, and no special software from EIZO has been installed except for the color autocalibration utility. The monitors are correctly recognized by the Quadro card, configured in a typical dual display setup.

Using the latest Lansweeper version (5.0.0.60), the monitors are not completely detected. First of all, each workstation is inventoried as having only one monitor connected, while there are in reality two of them. Second, the monitor is recognized as CG276 by ENC (that's correct), but the serial number is not read by Lansweeper. I'll add that on those same workstations where HP monitors are connected, the dual monitors are properly recognized and fully inventoried.

Any idea of where the problem could lie?
