I've looked for a similar post but don't see any. This morning, the Digital Dashboard view has lost the #2 and #3 informational elements as well as everything on the right hand side of the view. I've looked into the LanSweeper installation and restarted the services. I've also restarted the SQL 2005 DB. The symptoms remain. I DID notice a lot of errors in the system log of the SQL server:
Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'. [CLIENT: 163.194.159.152]
That client address is my workstation

The problem is most likely to timeouts on the database.
(also upgrade to the latest version of lansweeper)

Sometimes I have the same problem perhaps because of SQL timeout vs web server interrogation.
Try to stop lansweeperservice, delete browser cache and open again the page ... I think you should see everything correct ...
If so, I think your problem (as mine) is that your SQL server is not able to follow all external requests (from lansweeperservice and from web server toghether) ...
